Not a Compulsive Gambler: You do not have a known gambling disorder and are not accessing 7e7777 in contravention of any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or restriction you have imposed on yourself through any other platform or jurisdiction-wide scheme.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on 7e7777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, devices, or IP addresses — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
You are required to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly in the event of any change by contacting 7e7777 support.
7e7777 may at any time require additional Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). 7e7777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify 7e7777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, including by contacting us via live chat or email at [email protected].
You must not share your account login details with any third party. Allowing another person to access or operate your account — including a family member — is a violation of these Terms.

3.3 Verification Holds

7e7777 may place a temporary hold on any account pending identity verification. During a verification hold, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals and bonus activation may be suspended until the verification process is complete and the account is approved.

4.2 General Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
7e7777 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 7e7777 bears no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your PKR account balance in the equivalent Pakistani Rupee amount at the time the transaction is confirmed. For USDT deposits, the conversion rate applicable at the time of confirmation applies.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7e7777 Player Account.
Where a bonus has been claimed, the full wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be met before the associated balance (or any portion thereof) may be withdrawn.
7e7777 reserves the right to request further KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding platform-defined thresholds.
Withdrawals will not be processed to a different payment method than the one used for the original deposit unless the original method is no longer available, in which case verification of the new method is required.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7e7777 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, VIP cashback, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Unless specified otherwise, bonus wagering requirements range between 20x and 40x the combined bonus and deposit amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games and table games contribute between 10% and 15%, and sports bets may carry a minimum odds requirement. One Bonus at a Time: A Player may only hold one active bonus at any time. Attempting to claim a new bonus whilst a previous bonus remains active will result in the existing bonus being forfeited or the new bonus being declined.
Abuse of Bonuses: 7e7777 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting designed to minimise risk whilst meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or provision of false information to obtain a bonus.
Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or partially wagered bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Player's account.
Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions: 7e7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted in good faith by eligible Players.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activities conducted on 7e7777, including the sports sportsbook (cricket, baseball, PSL, and other markets), live casino (Dragon and Tiger, baccarat, roulette, blackjack), video slots, and table games:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to available markets displayed on the Platform at the time of placement. 7e7777 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a material error in odds has occurred.
In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 7e7777's settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport shall apply. For cricket, PSL, and international matches, bets are typically voided if fewer than the minimum required overs or innings are completed, per the applicable sport's rules.
Live (in-play) bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined — whether due to connectivity issues, data delays, or any other cause — are void and will be refunded at the original stake.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino

All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for digital games, and by live physical dealing procedures verified by studio oversight for live dealer games.
In the event of a technical failure (disconnection, software malfunction, etc.) during a casino game round, 7e7777 will resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the failure as recorded on 7e7777's servers. The game server record is the authoritative source in all disputes.
Maximum bet limits apply per game and per player classification. Players whose betting patterns suggest professional or advantage play may have their stake limits reduced at 7e7777's discretion.

Responsible Gaming

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. These limits cap the net losses a Player can incur within the selected period.
Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session duration reminders at intervals of their choosing. 7e7777 will display a notification when the session reaches the set duration.
Cooling-Off Periods: Players may impose a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the account is suspended. Cooling-off periods take immediate effect and cannot be reversed until the period expires.
Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the period. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are terminated and the account is inaccessible.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7e7777 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

Attempting to launder money or use 7e7777 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity. 7e7777 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reports suspicious activity as required.
Using another person's account, payment method, or identity — including providing false identification documents — at any point during the registration or KYC process.
Creating or attempting to create more than one Player Account on 7e7777, including by circumventing device or IP-based restrictions through VPN, proxy, or other technical means.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on 7e7777, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, graphical interface, software, text, game content, promotional materials, and the arrangement and selection of all elements of the Website, is the exclusive intellectual property of 7e7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 7e7777 solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from 7e7777 without our express prior written consent. Limitation of Liability

7e7777's maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7e7777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7e7777 is not responsible for interruptions to service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, server maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
Gambling involves financial risk. Any losses incurred through legitimate gaming activity on 7e7777 are entirely the Player's responsibility. 7e7777 provides no guarantee of winnings and expressly disclaims any representation that the Platform can be used as a source of income.

Section 11

Account Termination & Suspension

7e7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, including money laundering or providing false identification.
The Player is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 (Eligibility), including if they are under 21 years of age.
Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 7e7777, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in the Player's account may be forfeited at 7e7777's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., Player-initiated closure), the available balance net of pending wagers and any applicable bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 7e7777 support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure does not waive any rights 7e7777 has accrued prior to the closure date.

Section 12

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 7e7777 holds its operating licence.
